01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the IPTV Service at iptv-service.org ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes via email.

02. Description of Service

IPTV Service provides a subscription-based Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service delivering live television channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, and related media features over the internet. Our service includes:

03. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from receiving our Service under applicable law
• Have a valid internet connection meeting minimum speed requirements

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Accounts created by automated means or on behalf of persons who do not meet these requirements may be immediately terminated.

04. Account Registration

Upon completing a subscription purchase, you will receive account credentials (M3U playlist URL and/or login details) via email. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and current contact information

You may not share, sell, transfer, or sublicense your account credentials to any third party. Accounts found to be sharing credentials beyond the purchased number of simultaneous connections may be suspended without refund.

05. Subscription & Payments

Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the rate selected at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to change with reasonable notice.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of any price increase.

Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your subscription in your jurisdiction.

06. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You expressly agree NOT to:

• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without written authorization
• Share your credentials with more users than your subscription allows
• Use the Service to stream content to public venues or commercial establishments
• Attempt to circumvent any technical measures or security features
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers against our infrastructure
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
• Use the Service to access, download, or distribute content in violation of copyright law

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

07. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the IPTV Service website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of IPTV Service or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The streaming content made available through the Service is provided under license from content providers and remains the intellectual property of its respective owners. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use only.

08. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any specific channel, program, or content will be available at all times
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Defects in the Service will be corrected on any particular timeline

We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to factors outside our control, including internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party content provider issues.

09. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IPTV SERVICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your account
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Service

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through our support channels. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period except as provided in the Refund Policy.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
• Involves fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation
• Is required by law or court order

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved through our support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction, including any mandatory statutory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived by contract.
