Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you buy or use an IPTV Service subscription, including the free trial. They are written to be read rather than skimmed past, and they are short.

  • Effective September 6, 2026
  • Plain-language version
  • Applies to trial and paid plans

In this document, “we”, “us” and “IPTV Service” mean the operator of this website and the subscription sold through it. “You” means the person buying or using the subscription. “The service” means the IPTV subscription and the credentials issued with it.

Two things are worth knowing before you read further: this website does not process payments — ordering starts as a WhatsApp conversation and nothing is charged until we confirm your plan — and your subscription never renews automatically.

Accepting these terms

By requesting a trial, placing an order, or using credentials issued by us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not order and do not use the service.

These terms, together with the privacy policy and the refund policy, form the whole agreement between us about the service. Where a statement elsewhere on this website conflicts with these terms, these terms apply.

Eligibility and your account

You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live, and you must be ordering for your own household rather than for onward resale.

You are responsible for giving a working email address, because that is where your credentials and any service notices are sent. You are also responsible for anything done using your credentials, whether or not you did it yourself.

The service is offered to customers in the United States and Canada. We do not represent that it is appropriate or available anywhere else, and you are responsible for complying with the law where you are.

What the service is

The service is a prepaid subscription that provides access credentials — an M3U playlist link or an Xtream Codes login — for use in an IPTV player application. It is a digital service delivered by email. No physical goods are supplied, rented or shipped.

Content available through the service varies. Channels, on-demand titles and programme-guide data may be added, changed, reduced or withdrawn at any time, without notice to you. We do not publish a guaranteed channel line-up and we do not promise that any particular channel, event, programme or title will be available on any particular date.

We do not publish channel counts, on-demand counts, uptime percentages or picture-quality guarantees, and nothing on this website should be read as promising any of them. The free trial exists so that you can establish for yourself what the service actually carries before you pay.

Third-party apps and devices

You need an internet connection, a compatible device and a player application to use the service. All three are yours to provide. We do not sell, licence, operate, endorse or support any player application, television, streaming device or internet service.

Whether a suitable player is available for your device is decided by that device’s manufacturer and app store, and it can change. Compatibility problems caused by a third-party app, a device, an operating-system update or your network are outside our control. We will help you confirm that your credentials are correct and working; we cannot repair somebody else’s software.

The free trial

We offer a free trial of approximately 24 hours. It requires no payment card and creates no obligation to buy. It is intended as one trial per household, and we may decline a repeat request; if you have a genuine reason to need a second look, contact support and ask.

The trial uses the same credentials system as a paid plan, so what you see during the trial is a fair representation of the service at that time. It is provided as-is, and we may end, limit or withdraw trials at any time.

We strongly encourage you to use the trial before paying, on the device you actually intend to use, and to check the specific content you care about. If the trial does not satisfy you, do not buy.

Ordering, payment and WhatsApp

Orders are placed by messaging us on WhatsApp. Every order button on this website opens WhatsApp with your chosen plan already written into the message.

Sending that message is a request, not a completed order, and it does not commit you to anything. A contract is formed only when we reply to confirm the plan and you complete payment as we then describe. We may decline or be unable to accept a request; if so we will tell you and nothing will be charged.

WhatsApp is operated by a third party and is not owned or controlled by us. Its own terms and privacy policy apply to the messages you send, exactly as they would to any other chat. If you would rather not use it, email support@iptv-service.org instead.

We will never ask for your card number, CVV or full banking credentials in a chat message, and you should never send them to anyone who does. This website has no payment form and does not receive or store card details.

All prices and charges are in US dollars, including for customers in Canada. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank performs the conversion at its own rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee. We neither set nor receive that fee.

Prices may change. The price that applies to you is the one we confirm in writing when we accept your order. If a price is displayed in error, we may decline or cancel the order and refund any amount taken.

Term and simultaneous connections

You choose a term — one, three, six or twelve months — and a number of simultaneous connections, from one to 6. Both are fixed for the duration of the subscription you bought.

A connection is one stream playing at one moment. It is not a device and not a person. You may set your credentials up on as many of your own household’s devices as you wish; the connection count limits how many can play at the same time. Attempting to exceed the limit results in the additional stream being refused, not in an extra charge.

Your account is not locked to a single IP address. This is for the convenience of your own household and is not permission to share credentials outside it — see section 09.

Changing the term or connection count mid-subscription is not a self-service function. Contact support and we will tell you the options available at that point.

Activation and delivery

Most orders are activated within minutes; every order is activated within one business day of a completed payment.

Credentials are delivered by email to the address on the order. If nothing has arrived, check your spam or junk folder before contacting us, as automated messages of this kind are frequently filtered. If it is still missing, email support with your order reference and we will re-send it.

Delivery of the credentials is delivery of the service. Because this is a digital service delivered immediately, please read section 12 and the refund policy before ordering.

Acceptable use and credentials

Your credentials are for your own household. You agree not to:

  • share, publish, sell, resell, sub-licence or otherwise distribute your credentials;
  • use the service to operate a public, commercial or shared-premises viewing service;
  • record, restream, rebroadcast or redistribute anything received through the service;
  • attempt to circumvent the connection limit or any other technical restriction;
  • use automated tools to scrape, probe or place load on the service;
  • use the service for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes anyone’s rights.

Credential sharing is the most common reason an account is suspended. If your credentials appear in use in a pattern that is not consistent with a single household, we may suspend the account without notice while we investigate.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice depending on the seriousness, if you breach these terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or a chargeback abuse, if payment is reversed after credentials have been issued, or if we are required to do so.

Where a suspension results from a genuine misunderstanding and you resolve it promptly, we will restore access. Where an account is terminated for a serious or repeated breach — credential sharing or restreaming in particular — no refund of the remaining term is due.

Cancellation and non-renewal

There is nothing to cancel. Subscriptions are prepaid for a fixed term and do not renew automatically. No payment card is stored for a future charge, there is no notice period, and there is no early-termination fee.

At the end of your term the service simply stops working. To continue, you place a new order. If you decide to stop, you do nothing at all.

Refunds

The refund policy forms part of these terms and sets out how refund and adjustment requests are handled, which situations are covered, and what to include in a request.

In summary: this is a digital service that is delivered as soon as credentials are issued, the free trial exists precisely so that you can avoid buying something unsuitable, and requests are assessed case by case with support and troubleshooting first. Contact us promptly if something is wrong.

Availability and maintenance

The service is delivered over the public internet. We do not publish an uptime figure and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Interruptions can be caused by maintenance, upstream suppliers, network conditions between you and the service, your own equipment or connection, and events outside anyone’s reasonable control.

We may carry out maintenance, make technical changes and update how the service is delivered. Where planned work is likely to be disruptive we will make reasonable efforts to limit the impact.

Intellectual property and lawful use

This website, its text, layout, code and graphics belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. Content received through the service belongs to its respective rights holders and is not transferred to you; you receive only a personal, non-transferable right to view it during your subscription.

You are responsible for using the service lawfully in your own jurisdiction. Nothing on this website is legal advice, and we do not represent that any particular content is licensed for distribution in your territory. If lawful availability of specific content matters to you, verify it before subscribing.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

In particular, we do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, that any specific content will be available, that access will be uninterrupted, that picture quality will reach any particular standard, or that it will work with any specific device or application.

Nothing in this section limits any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded — see section 18.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, or for the cost of substitute services, however caused.

Where we are found liable, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the subscription giving rise to the claim.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses, costs and claims arising from your breach of section 09 (acceptable use), from your unlawful use of the service, or from your infringement of a third party’s rights. This does not apply to the extent the claim arises from our own act or omission.

Governing law and your consumer rights

This agreement is governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which IPTV Service is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from it.

This does not reduce your rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer resident in a country, state or province whose law gives you rights that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement — including mandatory consumer-protection, refund and statutory-guarantee rules — those rights continue to apply in full, and nothing in this agreement is intended to remove them or to require you to bring a claim somewhere inconvenient. Where any term here conflicts with such a mandatory rule, the mandatory rule wins and the rest of these terms continue to apply.

“Non-exclusive” means you are not prevented from bringing a claim in the courts of your own place of residence where the law entitles you to do so.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service or the law changes. The version published on this page is the current one, and the effective date is shown at the top.

Changes are not retrospective: the terms that apply to a subscription are the ones in force when you ordered it. Continuing to use the service after a change, or placing a new order, means you accept the updated terms for that use or order.

Contact

Questions about these terms, or about the service, go to support@iptv-service.org. Please include your order reference if you have one.

You can also reach us on WhatsApp at +212 635 415383 — the same thread you ordered on, which is usually the fastest route because the plan and the order history are already in it.
