03. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

04. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are explicitly excluded from refund eligibility regardless of circumstances:

- Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations, including credential sharing beyond the subscribed connection limit
- Purchases made after a free trial period where the customer had the opportunity to evaluate the service
- Issues caused by the customer's internet service provider, router, or device incompatibility (where we have confirmed the service is functioning correctly)
- Dissatisfaction with specific channels or content availability that was not guaranteed at the time of purchase
- Force majeure events outside our reasonable control
05. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

07. Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation stops future billing immediately
- You retain access to the service until the end of the current paid billing period

- To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date

08. Service Credits
In situations where a monetary refund is not applicable but we acknowledge a service disruption on our end, we may offer a service credit as an alternative remedy. Service credits:

- Are calculated based on the duration and severity of the disruption
- Are non-transferable and have no cash value
- Must be accepted within 30 days of being offered
We may proactively issue credits for verified downtime events that exceed 30 minutes and affect the majority of our user base.
09. Chargebacks
We strongly discourage initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us. If you do initiate a chargeback:
- Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
- We will submit evidence of service delivery to the payment processor
- Accounts found to have abused the chargeback process may be permanently banned from our service
