About
IPTV Service sells prepaid IPTV subscriptions to households in the United States and Canada. That is the entire business. We are not a broadcaster, not a telecom carrier, not a review site and not a hardware seller — and this page exists so you can tell exactly what you are dealing with before you spend anything.
You will not find a founder story, a head-office photograph, a customer counter or an award badge here. We have none of those to show you, and inventing them is precisely the behaviour that makes this market hard to buy in.
You message us on WhatsApp with the plan you want, we confirm it and how to pay, credentials arrive by email, and you set them up in a player app you choose. Support is on the same WhatsApp thread, in English.
Everything else on this page is the detail behind those four steps.
The product
Who does what
Three parties are involved in a purchase. Knowing which is which saves you time when something needs fixing, so here it is set out plainly.
Before you use any order button on this site: it opens WhatsApp with your plan written into a message, in US dollars. Nothing is ordered or charged until you send it and we confirm the plan with you. No card details are entered on this website, and we will never ask for them in a chat. If you would rather ask a question first, that is what the same thread is for — or email support@iptv-service.org.
How we write about the service
Almost every claim in this market is unverifiable, so we drew a line: we publish only what we can stand behind, and we hand you a method for checking the rest yourself. That is why the free trial is on every page instead of a testimonial carousel.
Facts about the commercial offer, which we control and can be held to.
Everything that depends on your channels, your devices and your connection — which no honest provider can promise in advance.
You will not find a channel count, a video-on-demand count, an uptime percentage, a “zero buffering” claim, a guaranteed resolution, a named channel or league, a customer review, a star rating, a countdown timer or a “most popular plan” badge anywhere on this site. Each of those was considered and deliberately left out because we could not evidence it. Content line-ups can change or be withdrawn without notice, which is the honest reason a channel list would not survive contact with reality.
Contact
There is no contact form on this site and no phone line. WhatsApp is the main channel — the same thread you order on is the one you come back to — with email as the written alternative.
Message us on WhatsApp at +212 635 415383, or email support@iptv-service.org. Include your order reference, the email address you ordered with, the device and player app you are using, and what you actually see happening. That one paragraph usually removes an entire round trip.
Ask. Because ordering is a conversation rather than a checkout, you can settle payment methods, timing or anything else before committing to a plan — and nothing is charged until you have that answer in writing on your own phone.
Restart the player and reload the playlist, try a second device, and note whether the issue affects everything or one specific channel. Those three answers tell us more than a long description, and often solve it before you send anything.
Message us promptly on the same thread and describe the problem — we work through it with you before anything else. The refund policy explains which situations are covered and what to include in the request.
Everything on this page is a claim about how we behave. The trial is the part you can check yourself, for free, in about twenty minutes — which is why we would rather you started there than took our word for any of it.
The written agreements are the terms and conditions, the privacy policy and the refund policy. All three are short and in plain English.
