About

About IPTV Service

IPTV Service sells prepaid IPTV subscriptions to households in the United States and Canada. That is the entire business. We are not a broadcaster, not a telecom carrier, not a review site and not a hardware seller — and this page exists so you can tell exactly what you are dealing with before you spend anything.

You will not find a founder story, a head-office photograph, a customer counter or an award badge here. We have none of those to show you, and inventing them is precisely the behaviour that makes this market hard to buy in.

In short

You message us on WhatsApp with the plan you want, we confirm it and how to pay, credentials arrive by email, and you set them up in a player app you choose. Support is on the same WhatsApp thread, in English.

Everything else on this page is the detail behind those four steps.

The product

What we sell, and to whom

  • 01A subscription, for a fixed termOne, three, six or twelve months, paid once in advance. It does not renew automatically and there is nothing to cancel — when the term ends, the service stops.
  • 02Credentials, not equipmentYou receive an M3U playlist link or an Xtream Codes login. We ship nothing, we rent nothing, and there is no installation visit.
  • 03A chosen number of simultaneous streamsFrom one to 6. This decides how many screens in the household can play different things at the same moment, and it is the main thing that changes the price.
  • 04A free trial, first24 hours, with no payment card, using the same credentials system as a paid plan. It is the first thing we point every visitor towards, on every page.
  • 05Sold to households in the US and CanadaBoth markets get the same plans at the same US-dollar prices. There is no separate Canadian product, and no reseller or business tier is sold on this site.
  • 06One library, no tiersEvery plan carries the same content. There is no premium package, no sports add-on and no VIP level. Only the term and the connection count vary.

Who does what

Ordering, activation and responsibility

Three parties are involved in a purchase. Knowing which is which saves you time when something needs fixing, so here it is set out plainly.

This website
Publishes the plans, the prices and the policies, and points you to the trial. It has no payment form, no shopping cart and no customer account area, and it does not receive or store card details.
WhatsApp
The ordering and support channel. Every order button opens a message with your chosen plan already written in; nothing is ordered until you send it. WhatsApp is operated by a third party, not by us — their terms and privacy policy apply to the messages themselves, as they would to any chat you send.
Us
We reply to confirm the plan, tell you how to pay, issue your credentials by email, and answer questions afterwards on the same thread. We will never ask for card numbers in a chat message, and you should not send them to anyone who does.
You
Choose the term and connection count, supply a working email address, install a player app on your own device, and keep your credentials to yourself. Sharing them outside your household is the one thing that reliably gets an account suspended.
Activation
Most orders are activated within minutes; every order is activated within one business day of a completed payment. Credentials are sent to the email address on the order, so check the spam folder before assuming something has gone wrong.
Player apps and devices
Supplied by third parties, not by us. We do not operate, endorse, resell or support any particular IPTV player, and whether one is available for your television is decided by its manufacturer and app store. We help you get the credentials working; we cannot fix somebody else’s app.
Your internet connection
Yours. Streaming quality depends on your line, your equipment, your display and how much else is happening on the network at the time. We do not sell internet access and we do not publish speed guarantees.
Ordering

Before you use any order button on this site: it opens WhatsApp with your plan written into a message, in US dollars. Nothing is ordered or charged until you send it and we confirm the plan with you. No card details are entered on this website, and we will never ask for them in a chat. If you would rather ask a question first, that is what the same thread is for — or email support@iptv-service.org.

How we write about the service

What we publish, and what you verify

Almost every claim in this market is unverifiable, so we drew a line: we publish only what we can stand behind, and we hand you a method for checking the rest yourself. That is why the free trial is on every page instead of a testimonial carousel.

What we publish

Facts about the commercial offer, which we control and can be held to.

  • All 24 prices, in US dollars, with the effective monthly cost of each.
  • The plan terms available, and that nothing renews automatically.
  • The number of simultaneous connections, and that a connection is a stream rather than a device.
  • That the account is not locked to a single IP address.
  • That credentials are issued as an M3U playlist or Xtream Codes login.
  • That ordering happens over WhatsApp, that nothing is charged until we confirm the plan, and that no card data reaches this site.
  • The trial length, and that it needs no payment card.
  • Written terms, privacy and refund policies, linked from every page.

What you verify, during the trial

Everything that depends on your channels, your devices and your connection — which no honest provider can promise in advance.

  • Whether the specific channels and events you care about are actually there.
  • Whether they play, not merely whether they appear in the guide.
  • How the service behaves on your connection during your normal evening viewing.
  • Whether a suitable player app exists for your television or streaming device.
  • Whether the electronic programme guide populates properly for you.
  • How deep the on-demand catalogue is for the titles you would actually watch.
  • Whether the picture quality on your display meets your expectations.
Not here

You will not find a channel count, a video-on-demand count, an uptime percentage, a “zero buffering” claim, a guaranteed resolution, a named channel or league, a customer review, a star rating, a countdown timer or a “most popular plan” badge anywhere on this site. Each of those was considered and deliberately left out because we could not evidence it. Content line-ups can change or be withdrawn without notice, which is the honest reason a channel list would not survive contact with reality.

Contact

Support and how to reach us

There is no contact form on this site and no phone line. WhatsApp is the main channel — the same thread you order on is the one you come back to — with email as the written alternative.

Service, setup and account questions

Message us on WhatsApp at +212 635 415383, or email support@iptv-service.org. Include your order reference, the email address you ordered with, the device and player app you are using, and what you actually see happening. That one paragraph usually removes an entire round trip.

Before you order

Ask. Because ordering is a conversation rather than a checkout, you can settle payment methods, timing or anything else before committing to a plan — and nothing is charged until you have that answer in writing on your own phone.

Before you write about a problem

Restart the player and reload the playlist, try a second device, and note whether the issue affects everything or one specific channel. Those three answers tell us more than a long description, and often solve it before you send anything.

Refunds and adjustments

Message us promptly on the same thread and describe the problem — we work through it with you before anything else. The refund policy explains which situations are covered and what to include in the request.

The fastest way to judge us is to use the trial

Everything on this page is a claim about how we behave. The trial is the part you can check yourself, for free, in about twenty minutes — which is why we would rather you started there than took our word for any of it.

The written agreements are the terms and conditions, the privacy policy and the refund policy. All three are short and in plain English.
