What this website does and does not do with data about you. It is short, because the site itself collects very little — there is no account area, no shopping cart and no payment form here.
The short version. This website is a set of information pages. It has no login, no customer account, no shopping cart and no payment form. If you never contact us, the only data involved is the ordinary technical record your browser leaves with any web server.
The moment you click an order or trial button you leave this site for WhatsApp, which is operated by a third party under its own privacy policy.
This policy covers https://iptv-service.org, the email address published on it, and the WhatsApp number we order and support on. It applies to visitors to the website and to anyone who contacts us either way.
It does not cover WhatsApp, the player applications you choose to install, your device manufacturer, or your internet provider. Those are separate organisations with their own policies.
There is no contact form on this website. You can reach us in two ways: a WhatsApp message, or an email to the published support address. Either contains whatever you choose to put in it — typically your name or phone number, your order reference and a description of your problem.
We use that information to answer you and to resolve the issue. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for marketing lists. Please do not send us payment card numbers by email — we do not need them, we cannot act on them, and email is not a suitable place for them.
Like any website, this one is delivered by a web server that keeps ordinary access logs. These typically record the IP address making the request, the date and time, the page or file requested, the response status, the referring page where one is sent, and the browser’s user-agent string.
This happens automatically at the hosting level. It is used to serve pages, to keep the site secure and available, and to investigate faults and abuse. It is not used to build a profile of you and it is not combined with anything else to identify you.
This website sets no advertising cookies, no tracking cookies and no cross-site identifiers, and it does not run a consent banner because there is currently nothing to consent to.
The WordPress software behind the site may set strictly necessary cookies in limited situations — for example if someone logs in to administer it, or if a security or caching component requires one. These are functional, are not used to track you across sites, and are not shared.
The pricing page writes your term and connection choice into the page address so a link can be shared. That happens in your browser only; nothing is stored on your device and nothing is transmitted to us.
No analytics or measurement service is currently enabled on this website. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no heatmap tool and no session recorder.
If analytics is added in future, this section will be updated before it goes live to name the provider, say what it collects, explain how long that data is kept, and set out how to opt out. Where the law requires consent for it, a consent mechanism will be in place before any such script runs.
Ordering starts with a WhatsApp message. Every order and trial button on this site opens WhatsApp with your chosen plan pre-written, and we say so on the page before you click.
WhatsApp is operated by a third party, not by us. Using it means your phone number and your messages are handled by that provider under its own privacy policy, and your WhatsApp profile name and number become visible to us as they would to anyone you message. We use them only to identify your order and to reply. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, email us instead — every order can be handled that way.
We keep the conversation, because it is the record of what you ordered and what we agreed. You keep a copy too, on your own device.
Your payment card details are never entered on this website, never transmitted through it, and never stored by it. We will never ask for a card number, CVV or banking credentials in a chat message — please do not send them to anyone who does. When we confirm your plan we will tell you how to pay; whichever method is used, that provider handles the payment data under its own policy.
Three third parties are involved:
Links that open WhatsApp are clearly labelled and open in a new tab. Once you follow any external link you are on someone else’s service and this policy no longer applies; we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
We use the limited data described above for three purposes only: to deliver and secure the website, to answer messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email, and to provide and support a subscription you have bought.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis to be identified, ours are: our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website; the performance of the contract with you where you have bought a subscription; and compliance with legal obligations where one applies. We do not rely on consent for anything currently running on this site, because nothing here requires it.
We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
We keep correspondence — WhatsApp threads and email alike — for as long as it is useful for handling your query and any follow-up, and for as long afterwards as we may need it to deal with a dispute or to meet a legal or accounting obligation. Server access logs are kept and rotated according to our host’s standard configuration.
We have deliberately not printed a fixed number of days here, because doing so would state a retention schedule more precise than the one actually implemented. If you want your correspondence deleted sooner, ask us — see section 11.
The website is served over HTTPS. Access to the email account and to the site’s administration is restricted to people who need it.
We hold no payment card data, so there is none to lose here. We make no claim to hold a security certification, and we do not use phrases like “military-grade” or “bank-level” security, because they mean nothing specific. No system connected to the internet can be guaranteed secure, and we will not tell you otherwise.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how it is used, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where consent was the basis for using it. Residents of some US states also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of them, email support@iptv-service.org and tell us what you want. We will need enough information to identify your records — usually the email address you contacted us from or ordered with — and we will respond within the time your law allows.
Where part of what you are asking about sits with a third party rather than with us — WhatsApp, or whichever provider handled a payment — we will tell you plainly, and what to ask them for.
If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the data-protection or consumer-protection authority for your country, state or province.
This service is sold to adults and this website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The website is hosted on servers that may be located outside your own country, and email and WhatsApp are handled by providers that operate internationally. Customers in Canada should assume that data associated with the website and with correspondence may be processed in the United States or elsewhere, and may therefore be accessible to authorities under the law of those places.
Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard comparable with the protection it had before the transfer.
If what the site does changes — particularly if analytics, a contact form or a consent banner is added — this page will be updated before that change goes live, and the effective date at the top will change with it.
Privacy questions and requests go to support@iptv-service.org. Please put “Privacy” in the subject line so it is routed correctly.
